  I sadly started to use Dr Bartiss approx 3 months ago. At our initial consult he told me all the things that he would personally do for me. I was so impressed that I scheduled an appointment for my daughter as well as for myself for next visit. They were " kind" enough to allow us to go together because my daughter is in College and could only come home on certain days.
  Dr Bartiss was very through while he had the consult with my daughter. When it came time for my turn he said . " We normally don't do big appointments on the same day but we were doing you a favor".
  He rushed through my appointment and was very obviously angry so much so that he told me that he could not handle it. Two big ones in one day back to back was "too much".
  This coming on the heels of them calling me a few days earlier to ask if I could switch my appointment because Dr Bartiss had to " be someplace" . ( when I sat in the office and waited for 20 min after our appointments Dr Bartiss was putting his floor in the office. Yes while I sat there)
  During my initial appointment he made it a point to PROMISE that he would be the one to administer the insertion of the pellets I was going to have. He said he is the " only one to ever insert them. Needless to say his Nurse did it.
  After rushing me thru my appointment I left there beyond confused but decided to give it another try.
  Within the course of the month. I called the office approximately 6-7 times. Some they got back to me and some they didn't. Today was the last straw. I spoke with the Nurse yesterday to let her know that I have been calling for over a week because I believe that the medication put me into an ulcerative colitis flare up. ( which I have been calling about and getting no response when I was promised a nurse would get back to me.
  Today "Maryanne" got on the phone and proceeded to YELL at me and OVER me. I attempted to tell her that I was angry because for the last 2 weeks I have been sick and that the office never called me back. She would not let me get a word in edgewise I am now sadly in a lot of pain and cannot work due to the Ulcerative Colitis flare up that the supplement's caused.
  I am disheartened that I took my daughter to him.
  I will be on other medications to fix the damage he caused with these pills. I will also be out of work for hopefully no more than a month. I SPECIFICALLY let him know my condition and he assured me it would be no problem. The thought of putting my medical condition out there is embarrassing enough. I honestly was not going to do anything but go and try to speak with him at my next appointment.
  But after being yelled at by MaryAnn I was beyond disgusted . If she or he cannot handle the profession they are in Maybe they shouldn't be doing it.
