  We were ready to spend $3,000-$4,000 on a shed.
  We went there to take a look what they have, took a few brochures and later called back with what we liked. They would not come out to measure our backyard unless we drove back to the store to give a $25 deposit. We were happy to give them a credit card over the phone, no dice. They took our number and they were gonna call us back when somebody was on the area. Nothing.
  2 weeks later someone called: "I have your number written down, don't know why but I figured I'd call....."
  Really liked their product but they just made it soooo difficult to spend money.
