  I've gone to eastern dental for several years. Through braces and everything. I've always had a hard time with X-rays because of a small mouth or whatever. And I've had dental assistants who have accommodated that, one at eastern dental made it super easy on me and did everything she could to make it possible. Today was terrible. A woman of the name Karen would not work with me. She ended up just not even taking the X-rays after three attempts of me gagging on the X-ray. She was extremely rude to me, as well. Thankfully I'm not a person who fears dentists, because it would have been an even worse experience.
  
  The dentist was still super great, and the lady Joanne who did my cleaning was super sweet. She was gentle and was done so fast. I'll obviously return to eastern dental, and request a different dental assistant.
